I received Epidemiology training from National Taiwan University in Taiwan and molecular biology training in Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, USA (US-CDC). I have many years of field-work experiences and publications for zoonotic and vaccine-related work, including dengue viruses and avian influenza viruses. My lab has established single cell technology to isolate human monoclonal antibodies and hence isolated several important human monoclonal antibodies with broad neutralizing activities against multiple orthoflaviviruses. Recently our interest expand to integrate GWAS and TWAS for disease biomarkers and therapeutic targets.My lab encourage inter-disciplinary research.
